Fixed a nagging problem.

Really low attributes meant a character basically couldn't do certain actions at all so I adjusted how attributes work.  They start at 2 and then your ancestry and class both increase two of your attributes by 1 point.  This means attributes range from 2 to 4, which cuts out the annoyance of having a 1 in an attribute.
