I simplified the monster stat blocks to speed up creation of monsters by a lot.  I think I'm going to be able to finish this now!  I completed 12 monster stat blocks in two hours with this new method.  Here's a sample:

Athletics 2, Subterfuge 1, Awareness 1, Charisma 1

Monster Powers: Fearsome 1, Undead

Techniques/Spells: None

A Shambling Zombie is one of the more common undead horrors. A human corpse, reanimated by the moon’s curse into a rotting, flesh eating parody of itself.
