New 8-Bit Version

Major update today.  Bitpunk NEO 8-Bit Edition is an all new version of Bitpunk NEO that uses d8 dice pools instead of percentiles.  The rules have radically changed and the whole thing is a lot more logical and nuanced than the older percentile version.  A big change is the Surge system.  Whenever you roll more successes than you need on a skill check you generate a number of surges equal to the number of extra successes.  These surges can be spent to alter the hit location of your attacks, regain energy, that sort of thing.

Please note that most of the monsters have not been updated to the new version yet so you will have to make up your own monster stats until I get time to finish updating the rest of them.
